May 5 (TheLedger) - The Ministry of Education opened a six-week consultation portal Friday on consolidating O-Level subject clusters and layering a compulsory data-literacy strand from the 2028 intake.

Teachers' unions flagged timing concerns tied to syllabus printing cycles; policymakers promised staggered rollout options in the annex.
