May 6 (TheLedger) - An eight-member working group chaired by an appellate judge emeritus will deliver recommendations on charters governing Rupavahini and SLBC within ninety days.
Civil society groups cautiously welcomed the move but insisted final adoption require supermajority ratification rather than decree.
