May 11 (TheLedger) - Sri Lanka's Local Authorities Commission released the mechanically generated ballot ordering for wards whose council elections were postponed in September.
Election observers and party agents may attend the deterministic draw scheduled for Wednesday; results will mirror the Commission's open-source rotation script hashes.
